Ensuring Information Flows throughout FoundationHub

FoundationHub requires specific information to be populated correctly for data to flow throughout the System. Whenever a field requires an Interested Party, Grantee, Vendor, etc. on a transaction form, there will be a “lookup” box (). In these instances, the User will need to “click” the lookup box, search for, and select the specific Individual or Organization. This will allow the System to link the particular transaction to them.

For example, on the Disbursement transaction below, the Grantee Field is populated correctly. You can verify that as the payee information and address populated directly below the Grantee.
