Updating Investment Allocation
The Investment Allocation for a Fund is controlled according to the models selected on creation. To edit or review these models in the Fund profile, go to the section titled “Accounting”.

If the Fund has a custom model, you will see it listed as below, otherwise you will see the preset allocation model assigned listed.

To see what the “Custom Asset/Cash Model” is made of, simply click the magnifying glass button.

This will show you the securities selected for the custom allocation, and you can update, add, or remove any of the selected CUSIPs.
1. To delete click on the trash icon.
2. To add another CUSIP
a) Select the magnifying glass under CUSIP.
b) Search/Choose the CUSIP from the look up.
i. This will only include CUSIPS that are already in the System.
ii. If you need to add a new CUSIP please refer to the section entitled - "Adding New CUSIPs"
iii. Security Name will auto-populate based on how the CUSIP was setup.
a. Add the Percentage of the Model this CUSIP will make up.
b. the total Percentage will need to total 100%
c. Once all CUSIPS are entered, select the plus icon.
3. When completed select the submit button.
When a new asset or cash model is selected, check the adjacent checkboxes to rebalance the Fund when the next rebalance is processed.
