Searching for an Interested Party

You can search for an Interested Party’s profile in FoundationHub using the steps below:

Using the Search Bar, enter the Interested Party’s Name or Customer Id Code.

Next, select “Interested Party” as the contact type and press Enter or click the “Search” button. The system will then display all the matching Interested Parties.

Assuming you have the necessary permissions to edit or access the Interested Party, click on their name link to open their profile.
