Support Section

When a support ticket is entered into the System, FidTech’s support staff will address the ticket and provide updates through the support mechanism in agreed upon timeframes. When an open support ticket is updated, an email will be sent to the person or persons selected in the Notify User list alerting that an update has been made enabling you to log into the System and review it. The Notify User list will include any user of the system who has Support Desk access.

Progress of tickets can be viewed on either on the List View or Board View as shown below. From these views, a specific ticket can be selected to view the details.

The Search panel to the left can be used to search for tickets in the System.
