The only difference between a regular statement and an ad-hoc statement is that these statements cannot be posted to DonorSphere or the Interested Party’s profile.
To generate ad-hoc statements you need to follow these steps:
Go to Utilities & Administration in the Menu and select Statements, then select the Run Ad-Hoc Statement page.


This will open the Run Ad-Hoc statement page which contains similar options to the Run Statement page. Enter the parameters and click on the “Run Statements” button.
Search for Funds and Contacts by typing keywords in the Fund Lookup and Contact Lookup search boxes.

Enter a Date Range, and there are options for Duplex or Single File for Printing.
Duplex Printing – This will set the file up to print on both sides of the paper when the statements are printed.
Single File for Printing – Will generate one file, otherwise each statement will have its own PDF file.
Type relevant notes in the Notes section. Then, run the statement by clicking on “Run Statements”.

A prompt will appear indicating the anticipated number of statements that will be generated. To initiate the statement job, select ‘Start Job’.

Click on “Go to Job Queue”, where the statements can be downloaded. For more information about the Job Queue, please refer to the section on “Generating Statements”.

To download the statements, click on the “Zip File” button for the job.
