What is Document360?

Document360 is an online Self-Service Knowledge Base for FidTech's Clients and their Donors for simple-to-follow instructions on how to use FidTech's FoundationHub and DonorSphere softwares.

How to Access Document360 from FoundationHub

FoundationHub users can access the Document360 platform by clicking the "Help" button on the top right of the FoundationHub software.

A side banner will appear with navigation options "Search" and "Filter."

How to Search or Filter on Document360 

Search searches through all articles and highlights the articles that mention the keyword. Filter searches the folders and article titles for the keyword. 

Typing "bank accounts" into the search bar will populate the first five mentions of bank accounts. To view all mentions of bank accounts within the guides, click "View All results" or the enter key.

In the below screenshot, "bank accounts" is typed into the filter bar, and filters to all folders and articles that mention bank accounts.
