Fund Paperless Statements

Found in “Communication Preferences,” “Paperless Statements” toggles between Donors receiving their statements electronically, replacing paper copies, or physically through the mail. The preference “Fund Paperless Statements” affects whether Donors can see the Paperless Statements toggle. The two options are “Show” and “Hide.”

Show:

When “Show” is selected, the Paperless Statements toggle will be accessible, allowing Donors to select the option of receiving statements electronically or physically.

Hide:

When “Hide” is selected, the Paperless Statements toggle is removed from the Donor’s view. This will default Donors to receiving their statements electronically – something that may be appealing to any Foundation committed to being as green as possible.
