Closed Funds on Donorsphere

Closed funds are viewable on Donorsphere. Transactions (gifts, grants, transfers) cannot be performed on closed funds, but reporting is available for closed funds on the activity summaries, fund summary, and grant history reports. Statements are viewable for closed funds as well.

To remove a fund from view for an active Donorsphere user, the Link between the user and the fund must be Unlinked.

To unlink a fund from an active Donorsphere user, search for that user using the search bar in FoundationHub.

Navigate to the Linked Account Information section of their profile.

Click on the Link ID of the Fund you would like to unlink.

Then, click unlink.
