Datacube Tables

The Datacube tables store the FoundationHub contact and transaction data. These tables include information about Interested Parties, Grantees, Vendors, and Funds and Securities.
The tables can be used to create helpful reports which can be used for reference. For example, if you need a list of Interested Party addresses and phone numbers, you can link the Address_View and Communications_View by Customer_ID_Code to create a report. If you need information about transactions which occurred in a specific period of time, you can refer to several tables such as the AP_View, Gift_View, and Grant_View.
Listed below are the tables that are in the Datacube, along with previews of what the data in each table looks like.
ADDRESS_VIEW: This table contains information about Interested Party Addresses and Address Types, such as Home Address and Business Address. You can filter by Customer_ID_Code to find the address for a particular IP or group of IPs.

AP_VIEW: This table contains data related to Grant Disbursement, Cash Receipt, Accounts Payable, Transfer and Void Check transactions. For example, you can find details about the Payee Name, Payment Amount, and Date Payable of a particular transaction.

CHARITY_INITIATIVE_VIEW: This table contains the list of Charitable Interests. There are three categories for an IP to choose their charitable interests from - Spiritual, Social, and Educational.

COMMUNICATIONS_VIEW: This table contains a list of IP phone numbers including Home, Work and Mobile phone, and Fax number. You can find an IP’s phone or fax number by filtering on the Customer_ID_Code.

CONTACT_VIEW: This table contains IP personal information such as Date of Birth and EIN. With this table, you can create a report of IP names, addresses and emails in addition to personal information.

CONTACT_CHARITY_INITIATIVE_VIEW: This table contains a record of the charitable interest selections of each IP. For example, this table is helpful if you are trying to determine which charitable interest is the most popular selection.

FUND RELATIONSHIP VIEW: This table shows the relationship of the contact to their linked funds, such as Donor Advisor, Financial Advisor, or Founder. It also has information about statements such as type, frequency and preferences.

FUND_VIEW: This table contains all of the details about the funds, such as Fund Number, Fund Name, and Balance. When a fund is set up or modified in FoundationHub, all of its information is stored in this table. You can also determine if a fund is Active or Closed using this table.

GIFT_VIEW: This table is a record of all of the gift transactions such as Cash Receipt, Free Receipt and Free Delivery. For example, this table is helpful if you want to create a report of the cash receipts and gift amounts over a period of time.

GL_TRANSACTION_VIEW: This table is a record of the GL transactions. It can be used for accounting purposes.

GRANT_VIEW: This table is a record of Grant Disbursement transactions. For example, this table is helpful if you want to create a report of Grant Disbursements and Grant Amounts over a period of time.

RELATIONSHIP_VIEW: This table contains data of IPs who have relationships set up in FoundationHub. It lists the Primary Contact along with their related contacts. This table is a good reference to see how IPs are linked to each other.

SALUTATION_VIEW: This table contains data of all of the IP Salutations and their types. For example, this table is helpful in creating letters or email correspondence to IPs.

WORKFLOW_VIEW: This table is a record of the transactions of all of the types of workflows. For example, this table is helpful if you are searching for a particular transaction or reporting on transaction amounts over a period of time.
